100% Barbera, ruby red with pale purple reflections. The bouquet is intense, with scents of cherries and emerging spicy hints. Fresh and fruity with a long finish.
Negroamaro Masseria Altemure
With a dark ruby red colour, this wine is full and intense with notes of cherries, ripe red fruit, jam and light spicy sweetness with a scent of coffee and cacao.
Syrah Feudo di Butera
Dense and ripe, its core blackcurrant flavour is accented with a note of vanilla, allspice and smoked tones, punctuated by rounded tannins. Pairings: Ideal with savoury stuffed pasta, stew, game.
Nero d'Avola Feudo di Butera
100% Nero d’Avola matured for 12 months in oak barrels and additional time in bottle. Rich, aromatic, perfumes nose of red berry fruit and spices. Fruit-driven, complex.

Ample and complex with vinous tones. Scents of berries with chocolate notes. Dry on the palate with a fine and harmonious balance and sturdy body.
Barbera D’Alba (Superiore)
Piedmont favourite, dark-skinned with a spicy rich fruit flavour. Aged in barrique casks for 12 months.
Chianti Classico Castello d'Albola
Intense red fruit aromas are offset by delicate notes of vanilla and chocolate. Pleasantly lingering with a fresh vibrant feel in the mouth. Pairings: Savoury game dishes, roast pork and lamb.
Chianti Classico Gran Selezione
A true expression of a true Chianti Classico. Fine and fruity with sour cherry and elegant minerality. Pairings: Superb with red meats, game and aged cheeses.
Primitivo di Manduria Altemura
Ruby-red with purple shadings. Intense and distinct aroma of jasmine and ripe red and black berries. Warm, silky and almost dense flavour. Pairings: Roast red meats, grills, well structured soups and mature cheeses.
100% Sangiovese. On the palate is combines the immediacy of fruit with nuances typical of wines taking long to develop. Harmonious deep flavour, aromatic and complex.
Rocca di Montemassi IGT
50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Syrah, 15% Merlot, 10% Petit Verdot. On the nose, blackberries and red currants, mineral hints from wood ageing. Fresh and tangy, firm tannins.
65% Sangiovese and 35% Cabernet Sauvignon matured in barriques for 14 months then 6 months in stainless steel then bottle. Floral, toast notes and black cherry flavours.

This stunning Vermentino from Sardinia is dry withouth being bitter, fresh and lively. Pairings: as aperitif, with grilled seafood and white meat.
Pecorino DOC Casal Farneto
Fresh, balanced and harmonious. Pairing: as an aperitif, with seafood, vegetables and medium structured dishes.
Pinot Grigio Friuli Ca' Bolani
100% Pinot Grigio from Friuli. The bouquet is fresh with hints of acacia flowers and tones of spice. Full-flavoured, well balanced with a very long finish.
Sauvignon Friuli Ca' Bolani
A fruity and persistent 100% sauvignon. Pale straw-yellow colour with green reflections. The aroma is fresh and intense, with scents of green peppers, elderflower and sage.
Poggio alle Fate Chardonnay
Bright straw-yellow unoaked Chardonnay from Tuscany. The bouquet is intense with notes of elderflowers, and golden apple. Dry and well balanced, it has a clean and long finish.
Opimio Friuli Aquileia DOC
Single variety Pinot Bianco from three different clones. The grapes are hand picked in the early hours of the morning, to select the best bunches. Pairings: Rich fish such as salmon and tuna.
Sero' Sicilia DOC
A bright golden straw-yellow with faint greenish highlights. Elegant with hints of bloom flowers, pear and tropical fruit. Spicy notes of vanilla, cinnamon and white pepper.
